History

This practice operated for 15 years as Roberts Alexander Optometrists. In 2008 it was purchased by husband and wife optometrists Andrew and Julianne Lehmann. We provide a complete optometric service including eye examinations, frames, lenses, sunglasses, repairs, adjustments, contact lens fitting, visual field testing, corneal topography and retinal photography. We are proud to be a local, family owned business providing quality eyecare.

Most consultations are bulk-billed, however we routinely take retinal photographs which have a small charge. We are providers for all health funds, Veterans’ Affairs and the Queensland spectacle scheme for pensioners. For your convenience, we also have HICAPS direct health fund claiming facilities. We stock a large range of frames from designer brands to budget options and we are suppliers of Maui Jim sunglasses.

We are proud to have skilled and experienced support staff. Karan and Kate both have extensive optical experience. They attend to frame selection, repairs, adjustments, accounts, Medicare and private health fund matters. You will find them extremely helpful and friendly.

Location

We are located in the Buderim Medical and Dental Centre on the corner of King and Box Streets in Buderim. We have easy access and parking available in front of the practice. Also in the complex you will find doctors, podiatrists, a dentist and pathology lab.
