Naturally, you will possess a high level of professionalism and industry experience (frame selection and lens recommendation, receipt and checking of jobs, minor repairs and adjustments).

The following qualifications are essential:

• Superior patient relationship/customer service skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise;
• General administration exposure.
