Lloyd Turner B.Optom (Honours) University of NSW, Sydney
Lloyd Turner is our full time optometrist - he is available for consultations Monday through Thursday.
Newcastle is Lloyd's home town. He completed his optometry degree at the University of NSW in Sydney, graduating with honours in 1994. He returned home and started working at this practice. Since then he has taken the opportunity to work at over 20 practices in Australia and England, gaining valuable experience in best practice eye care, contact lenses, spectacle lenses and children's vision.
Lloyd has run vision clinics in Peru, Zimbabwe and Botswana - providing valuable eye care in places that have none. Hundreds of people are seeing clearly thanks to glasses donated by the good people of Newcastle.
