At Eyecare Plus we offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia. Free delivery online offer is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is only available online and is valid for Standard Delivery within Australia.

Usually 1-3 days working days, depending on Supplier product availability and COVID-19 national delays. If you have a custom order, it may take up to 12-15 working days. If you have any concerns, please contact shop@eyecareplus.com.au.

Please be aware, during peak sale periods it may take additional time for you to receive your order.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at shop@eyecareplus.com.au.

If you receive your order and find that something is missing, please contact us at shop@eyecareplus.com.au.

Contact lenses may only be returned if defective, please contact shop@eyecareplus.com.au if you believe your contacts are defective. Otherwise, contact lenses are not exchangeable or refundable once seal has been broken (unless defective).
