Getting started with Zip

What you will need:

• An Australian Debit or Credit Card
• To be over 18 years of age
• To be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

What you need to know:

• There are two account options – Zip Pay for a limit of up to $1000, or Zip Money for a limit above $1000.
• Zip Pay works like an account – for all purchases you make in a month, you will receive a statement with your closing balance on the first day of the following month. You have until the end of the month to remain fee free. If your account is not settled by your next statement period, an account fee of $9.95 will be applied.
• Zip Pay offers three different credit limits – $350, 500 and $1000. Zip Pay will automatically decide your eligibility during the application process.

How to use Zip

• Book your appointment online or directly with your nearest participating Eyecare Plus practice.
• Download the Zip app on your phone and sign up.
• Before you visit us – Check your spend limit by checking your Zip account balance in the app.
• After your visit – Generate a barcode for our friendly team members to scan.
• Manage your payment schedule and make payments in the app.
